Clear Your Shirt - Tips To IMPROVE Your Conceal Carry Draw
Before we even get into how to draw from concealment, we need to talk about the different types of shirts you wear and how that can effect your draw. We’re going to cover the different materials, t-shirt vs button down, both hands vs single hand draws, and of course our gear breakdown and outtakes at the end.

Man, we need more training videos like this one, this stuff makes me a better instructor. Most channels just advertise and entertain nowadays, I got tons of quality knowledge from Travis Haley, Pat McNamara, Field Notes, Kyle Lamb, and many many more, but I had to dig through a ton of blsht on the way, and now it is even harder. Mostly gear flexing, little skill development, and selling the false idea that cool tactical gear is gonna make you a good shooter. Hope to attend your class one day, much respect from Poland.

I started working out weight training and taking care of my nutrition, and have lost 30 pounds of fat since the beginning of the year, and now my current large belt is at the end of its adjustment and is almost too loose. Going to buy this belt in a couple weeks as a reward for my hard work. Plus by then, I definitely think my current belt will be unusably loose. 👌

I always wear an undershirt. I’m a HUGE fan of the Otte Gear rash guard undershirt. They are tight and slick so you don’t grab the undershirt on your draw. I live in hot, humid Florida and even though they are form fitting undershirts, they breath and dry quickly. They are vented on the sides and lower back for breathability. Plus, you don!t sweat on your gun and they are very comfortable. I know the term “game changer” gets used a lot, but these undershirts definitely were that for me.

When using belts with the PALS/MOLLE make sure the spacing is correct. If not you may have to modify your kit to position it the way you want on the belt. I use a 1/34" belt that requires me to cut extra slits in the MOLLE in the items I want to mount on it. If I had chosen a 2" belt it wouldn't be a problem. I wear my Blue Alpha belt loaded with firearm, magazines, IFAK, admin pouch, AR-15 mag pouch, phone, flashlight, two-way radio, water bottle 8+ hours a day working as a range safety officer or security officer.

Great video guys I wish our stupid ass State didn't change concealed carry to open carry. I mean either or your choice to conceal only. I always only conceal but if i'm wearing a Otw holster That are really nice. I was blown away by the one that came with my little canik mete mc9 That's actually a whole another story. I'm not gonna get into. But I bought that little gun just out of curiosity because of the price. And I wanted another subcompact. One or state laws changed to where we could exercise are EDC or personal protection rights before they would not issue. Carrie permits to citizens. Unless you were ex-military or police. Or you were bringing millions of dollars to the bank or a serious jeweler. You had to have a ridiculous reason and you could only use or carry the firearm. I was told back then. When you're in the process of doing the resend of you. Getting it like deposit in money or going to a diamond deal or sale. Anyway, I've been looking for a nice belt set up. Just to Put some random things on, but I've decided to go with a tactical backpack/chest. Holder Carrier thing I can't explain it. It's like a backwards backpack. Tactical vast butt bare minimum. Play doesn't call out to everybody around me that I'm armed or alert idiots because where I live. Since people started getting carried permits when the law changed the criminals. Are so stupid as to go into stores. Way to see someone's handgun, printing or pop out of their shirt and run up behind them. And rip it out of their hoster and take it. That's why now, unfortunately I carry 2 handguns on me one in my back. On A Belly band style holster. Belt/girdle. That's only when I know I'm going somewhere. The disk could happen like Walmart or now at sunnyware. But I have a little tactical backpack now. That does me well. I can walk in the Walmart and I wear it back words. It's one of those 1 strap over the shoulders. And it's actually designed to conceal a firearm behind the backpack. So I can wear it on my chest like a kangaroo belt or a backwards Backpack and keep my extra gun in there and my other gun inside of my waistband in case some idiot runs up and tries to grab my extra gun or my gun on me. Not in the bag by the time he has set half way alcoholster. I'm gonna have the other gun out. And like I said, hopefully none of this s*** will ever happen. But by learn every day. Thanks guys and I was gonna start carrying medical stuff but I was told that even as a civilian. If you have training if you try c. PR on someone and I need to find out. Because I just never Really looked into it. But say that I come across someone that got shot. Or even has medical problems and have to administer c. PR if I crack their rib or enter them somehow while trying to save their life. I was told I could be held responsible and sued. I don't know if this is true or not. But I do know There are Scumbag people out there. I learned that lesson when a bunch of teenagers crashed their car and my car had weed in their car and the driver was drinking. No one was injured but I told them before the police got there. Because I could smell the weed to hide the weed and tell them that the driver wasn't driving. And we'll Settle this. I got all their information and they did what I said. And it was their fault as well. Me being a decent human being. Not wanna see kids especially black African American, whatever the politically correct term is run into a bunch of city. Cops and permanently ruin their lives by getting a felony or a DWI or whatever so out of the goodness of my heart. I could have dry snitched and said Hey love these dudes come flying out of nowhere crashed into me. They're all high and Toronto their drugs in the car. I could smell it and I could have sued them. I have a huge heart. Give people the benefit of the doubt and Always try to look out for people well used to now. I'm careful with that, but anyway. After it was all said done. We won our separate ways, but we had a solution to get the vehicle fixed that they crashed into me. They were gonna have my car fixed. Add wondernapoli's arrived. The whole story changed. They went with what I Said will at least the kid that said he was driving did n. I. SM numerously, is everybody OK? Are you guys OK? Do you need help and it sounds terrible if you're all shook up because you're young. Get in riddle Val, cool or whatever. So you don't get in trouble? I know that's not my place to do that, but. Anyway, my point is when it was all sudden dawn. The police left everybody left. I thought that it would get solved that everything was good because I looked out for them. And they avoided jail and maybe even getting shot because the cops down. That way are very racist. I was doing food delivery for my buddy. That owns a restaurant and that last it about 3 days. Ridiculous but my point is after. I did all that to reach out and help them out of my way to Make the wall like they did by telling them to dispose of the drugs air the car out lie about the driver. Today's weather and 3 occupants that were in the car. All decided to Sue my Insurance Company. It was there 3 words against my word saying that ice were. Then they're laying in hit their car. Add buy the police report. It didn't really say anything, but there was a collision. It was accidental it Was no particular parties fault. It just happened. They said I was playing on my cell phone or something and out of nowhere swung into their Lane at 3 in the morning when there's not a car on the road. And hit their car. Believe me when I'm down that way. I have my head on the swibble. I know what's going on around me more than the people there do. And I seen their car. And I lost them in my blind spot. And that's what I started getting suspicious of what the h*** they were doing. And then the collision occurred. But I'm rambling on getting off-topic. I was making a point that I need to start getting back into the mental frame of giving people the benefit of the doubt again. Because that really changed my thought about. Even helping someone if they need help or just walk by like everybody else does. And say it's their problem. I've never been that way until that happened. I was infuriated. But bottom line great video sorry about the novel. I start thinking about things in my mind. Goes one way and another way it anxiety. It's bad and where I live. The crime rate is going up and our gun law's suck. I have a special needs daughter and are doctrine. Is we have the duty to retreat on? My daughter has autism and developmental problems. And if I'm out and foot with her. And a danger presents itself and I tell her let's go. Let's run we have to go. She's 18 technically adult too. Heavy for me to pick up and run with. And I'm not gonna leave her there and not defend her. It's a Gray area. I spoke with my attorney on retainer but It's definitely getting bad lately. Thai keys to myself don't help anyone. And I need to worry about trying to restore the peace love and happiness. At least what I can contribute thanks for them sorry about the novel

Those weird range belts that you will NEVER have on in a deadly force situation. I’m not talking about an officers duty belt. It’s these speed holster, open speed mag holders etc. You I’ll never have that on when being robbed or whatever. Don’t train with that bullshit. 11 year officer here. I’m not talking out my ass.

I bought an Ideogear battle belt (molle system) on amazon, a black velcro underbelt is included, you pass the underbelt in your pant bet loops, then you grip the main molle belt on it. For the price tag it's an excellent product, very resistant and very stable, the belt doesn't change position like mentionned in this video. the pistol mag pouch from the same brand are also very reliables, magazine insertion is quick and they hold the mags strongly.
